Hey there! I’m Lily Jaremski, a certified Project Management Professional based in Nashville, Tennessee.

I specialize in crafting innovative programs in a nonprofit setting, offering optimal program design and evaluation within a lean budget. I have a knack for blending creativity with best practices to execute superb programming and developing meaningful relationships across communities and partner organizations.

Experience

Outreach Coordinator, Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee (2024-)

Managed free Girl Scout program for 75+ troops serving 1200+ girls throughout Middle Tennessee.

Oversaw disbursement of grant funds totalling over $200K for the program.

Supervised a full-time direct report Membership Specialist.

Expanded the program to all five geographical regions of Middle Tennessee.

Trained and supervised a cohort of 250+ volunteer leaders.

Revamped Outreach curriculum for grades K-12.

Program & Curriculum Specialist, Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee (2021-2024)

Created 180+ pages worth of curriculum for the Council Quest program, focusing on topics like diversity and inclusion, social-emotional wellbeing, civics, and environmental science.

Managed the Highest Awards program, reviewing and approving proposals and final reports. Oversaw awarding of Bronze, Silver, and Gold awards to 500+ girls.

Coordinated the Agenia Clark Scholarship program on behalf of the Sue Peters Society and GSUSA Gold Award Scholarship for Middle Tennessee.

Developed community partner program to expand visibility and opportunities for Girl Scouts in the community.

Interests

Southern Cooking

On the weekends, I host food tours in Downtown and East Nashville to introduce people to everything from biscuits to barbecue. Growing up in Augusta, GA, I studied cooking with Vera Stewart of Very Vera.

Performance

From community adult ballet classes at Nashville Ballet to local musical theatre productions, I love the opportunity to study and develop my performance skills while having fun!
